NEW REGISTRATION FORMS FOR FALL 2011/SPRING 2012

 Old forms will not be accepted. 

There are now different forms for Munchkin/Toddler and another for League.

The new forms have less pages and new information, please be sure to read and fill out everything as things have changed.  Watch for the single page form this coming Spring for players that play both Fall & Spring !

SINGLE FORM CAN ONLY BE USED IF SIGNING UP IN PERSON DURING ABOVE REGISTRATION DATES.

Mount Arlington resident and surrounding area boys and girls from 3 through 17 years old are eligible to participate.
